The Management Cycle - 600 Words

Management is measured as a significant part in any business or corporate industries. A manager is somebody who organizes and supervise the work of other employees so the organization goals can be completed with no troubles. To be a manager, one would have to be efficient and effective. If the manager is efficient then they would be able to accomplish goals without wasting much resources. In order for management to be effective management must simply accomplish organizational goals. The term Management is referred to a number of people involved in the four general Function such as; planning, organizing, leading, controlling any source. Every business has to have goals, whether it is profit, growth, market shares and quality of products service. Any management can accomplish and succeed goals through the coordinating performance of these four specific functions: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Management consist of directing and controlling employees, administrat ion, or maybe even individual goals for their companies. Planning is the First task of management that determines what needs to be done and who is going to do it. It also classifies goals, like goals, methods, tasks and most importantly, dates for completion of the task, to accomplish their requirements. Planning is like a calendar for the organization and it also has its deadlines for any project. The motive of planning is to give instructions to managers and non-managers.
